Let's explore reds, maroons and purples found in nature — in tulips, orchids and juicy fruits. In this 2-day workshop, we will practise using different pigments to create rich reds that make subjects come alive on the paper. You will explore how to work on your subjects, building up these colours in layers.

Tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring your own lunch, or there are several places nearby where you can get lunch.
Specimens will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own plant — perhaps one you have been having difficulty with?
